Mr. Barone handles many types of personal injury cases including catastrophic auto accidents, product defect cases, construction injuries, and medical malpractice cases. Mr. Barone has obtained numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients throughout his career, including in school district negligence cases, catastrophic trucking accident cases, and heavy construction equipment failures.

Mr. Barone was born to a working class Italian family. His father was a carpenter and a member of the carpenters’ union, from whom he learned the values of service and hard work. He has devoted his life and career to representing injured individuals against big corporations and insurance companies. Mr. Barone has represented injured union workers and works closely with Rose, Klein & Marias’ workers’ compensation attorneys on cases where his clients are injured on the job to obtain the best possible outcome.

Mr. Barone obtained his B.A. from UCLA in 1976 and went on to receive his J.D. from the University of San Fernando Valley College of Law in 1980. He joined Rose, Klein & Marias in April 1978 and has called Rose, Klein & Marias home for over 40 years. Mr. Barone is involved with advocacy and trial lawyer groups including the American Association for Justice, the Consumer Attorneys of California, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and the Italian-American Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Barone has been selected as a Super Lawyer, an independent organization that recognizes no more than 5% of attorneys in the state.
