Los Angeles workers’ compensation lawyer Harry Samarghachian has dedicated his practice to assisting victims of workplace accidents and occupational injuries. Mr. Samarghachian represents clients who have suffered catastrophic workplace injuries, including brain injuries, toxic exposures, workplace cancers, and strokes. He also represents the families of workers who have tragically passed away as the result of a workplace injury. Mr. Samarghachian is a tremendous advocate for his clients and has obtained many seven-figure settlements on complex cases. Mr. Samarghachian immigrated from Russia with his parents at the age of 13. He quickly learned English and attended Marshall High School, where he played varsity football. Mr. Samarghachian went on to obtain his B.S. from UCLA in 1985 and received his J.D. in 1990 from La Verne University School of Law. Prior to joining Rose, Klein & Marias, Mr. Samarghachian worked at a well-respected workers’ compensation defense firm. He joined Rose, Klein & Marias as an associate in 1998 and is now a partner.
Harry is a member of the State Bar of California and a former Chairman of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Workers’ Compensation Section.
