Mr. Feenberg has dedicated his career to representing the rights of injured workers throughout the State of California. Mr. Feenberg has always had an interest in taking on the toughest cases, being at the forefront of the newest emerging areas of law, and tackling the most complex issues. Mr. Feenberg has testified before the California Assembly concerning various bills affecting injured workers. He also tried the first NFL brain injury workers’ compensation case in California and has represented dozens of professional athletes over the years. Mr. Feenberg prides himself on being an advocate for those who have been injured at work, ensuring that they receive the full spectrum of benefits to which they are entitled.
After graduating from UCLA in 1967, Los Angeles workers’ compensation attorney G. Ronald Feenberg attended the University of San Diego School of Law, where he received his JD with honors. In 2004, he was the recipient of the Eugene Marias Lifetime Achievement Award, the most prestigious workers’ compensation award named after one of RKM’s founding partners, Gene Marias, who was a true pioneer and champion of workers’ right. In 2010, he was inducted as a Fellow by The American Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Section. He lectured for eight years at the USC School of Law in workers’ compensation and since 1999 has been a lecturer on workers’ compensation at the UCLA School of Law in association with the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association. He is trusted by his peers on both sides and serves as arbitrator for the California Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. Mr. Feenberg is a past President of the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association and is a member of the San Fernando Valley and the Los Angeles County Bar Associations. Most recently, Mr. Feenberg was selected as Best Lawyers’ Lawyer of the Year for applicant’s attorneys in Los Angeles. Mr. Feenberg has been selected to the list of SuperLawyers from 2004-2020.
